Yvonne joined the company in 2005, gaining a wealth of experience enabling her to meet her ultimate goal of becoming a Director.

Since joining in 2003 Stuart has been a Support Worker, Team Leader, Training Manager, Service Manager, Director becoming CEO.
'I have seen the company go from strength to strength and believe that the company has always stayed true to its morals and retains its close-knit community.'
Simon joined 3 Trees in 2003, after working for G4S and the Royal Airforce. Having maintained several posts he was appointed as a Director in 2010.
'I believe that 3 Trees has grown hugely in size, but still remains a well-connected team, always putting the needs of service users first.'
'I've worked for 3 Trees since 2009, starting as a support worker, working my way up. I now deal with anything relating to services, from attending meetings to dealing with all day to day queries. I love to provide support to whomever I can throughout this vastly growing company.'
