We Believe in You
Whether you’re new to social care and feeling apprehensive or you’re transitioning from another role and questioning your decision, don’t worry—we’re here to support you.
Many who join 3 Trees feel nervous about the responsibilities of care work, but we’re committed to changing that. We provide the training and support you need to feel confident and prepared.
After completing your induction, you’ll shadow experienced staff members who will guide you every step of the way. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet your team and get to know the individuals you’ll be supporting.
So What Can I Expect?

By this point, you’ll have been trained on our ethos, values, and vision. You’ll have completed all mandatory training, immersed yourself in our digital platforms, and reviewed the necessary paperwork to feel confident and prepared.
Now it’s time for hands-on work! Expect a warm welcome from your team. At 3 Trees, you’ll find yourself among hardworking yet friendly colleagues who will make you feel right at home.
Your days will be dynamic and varied, keeping things interesting as you support different individuals. An experienced staff member will introduce you to the people you’ll be working with, focusing first on building trust and rapport.
We'll Support You at Every Step
The experienced team member you’ll be shadowing will make you feel at home, introducing you to the 3 Trees way of working. They’ll encourage you to be proactive and engaged in your daily practices right from the start.
You’ll be actively involved in providing support from day one, with your mentor ready to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have, or guide you to the right resources.
From the moment you walk in through the door, we help train and shape your experience so that you can become the very best carer possible.
Learn through observation and watch industry-leading carers deliver high-quality care in a variety of environments. You can continue to shadow others until you feel confident.
Enjoy expertly tailored induction and ongoing professional development training, meticulously crafted to tap into your full potential.
As well as the mandatory training, there may be other related training courses that may be of interest to you. We may be able to support you in this area of personal development.
